Winter fresella with Delicius anchovies

Preparation time: 20 minutes + 30 minutes for the pumpkin

The Delicius product

Aperitivo, 11 cm anchovies, with low oil content (75% less than the traditional glass jar). Less waste, best practicality and a maximum of usability of the fillets. 11cm is the size of the biggest fillets, for a real taste and creativity explosion in the happy hours and finger foods!


4 Delicius anchovies with low oil content 11 cm – Aperitivo.
3/4 Turnip greens
1 clove of garlic
Red pepper
60 g of Pumpkin
40 g of Burrata cheese
30 g of Steam cooked chestnuts
Extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of lemon juice


First boil the turnip greens in salted water and cook them in a pan with garlic and pepper.
In the meanwhile cook the pumpkin in the oven at 190° for 30 minutes, then put it in the mixer in order to obtain a purée and dress it with oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice, and toast the chestnuts cut in half in the oven at 190° for 5 minutes.
Finally wet the fresella in some water and add the turnip greens, a bit of pumpkin purée, the burrata cheese and the toasted chestnuts.
Complete the fresella with the 4 Delicius anchovies with low oil content 11 cm – Aperitivo.
