Ricotta croquette with green sauce and anchovies

Very tasty both in the raw and the cooked version.

Raw version: create come ricotta balls and roll them in the pistachio and walnut powder. Serve them with some green sauce and plate them with a Delicius Channel of Sicily anchovies fillets in olive oil.

Cooked version: create the ricotta balls, with grated breadcrumbs and fry them. Plate them with a Delicius Channel of Sicily anchovies fillets in olive oil.
