Salad with grilled mackerel fillets, radishes and croutons

  • Grilled mackerel fillets in olive oil, 1 pack;
  • Iceberg salad, 1;
  • Bread crumbles;
  • Radishes.



  • Marinate the mackerel with pink pepper and lemon for about ten minutes.
  • Mix everything, season with an excellent extra virgin olive oil and salt, then serve.

Great freshness and diuretic properties for this salad, thanks to the presence of icebergs and radishes, rich in purifying fibers. It is a light and healthy mix because it is rich in vitamin C and mineral salts.
