Chicory Hearts in oil dip

Ingredients for 2 people

Difficulty: Very easy


  • Delicius Anchovy fillets in olive oil, 230g;
  • Delicius Anchovies preserving olive oil, 1 jar;
  • Garlic, 2 cloves;
  • White wine vinegar;
  • Chives, a few strands;
  • Chicory, 1 bunch.


  • Separate the chicory hearts, cut off the tougher base and soak them in ice water for 30 minutes.
  • Finely chop the garlic with the anchovies and chives, dilute the sauce with 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar and  the Delicius anchovies preserving olive oil.
  • Drain the chicory and serve with the dressing straight from the jar.
