Ingredients for 2 toasts

- Sandwich bread, 4 slices;
- Delicius Anchovy Fillets in Olive Oil, 4-6;
- Raspadura cheese, 100 g;
- Parsley, 30 g;
- Sweet-and-sour onions, 6;
- Almond, 10 g;
- Prepare the parsley pesto by blending it with an immersion blender together with the sweet-and-sour onions, almonds, oil, salt and pepper and a drop of water.
- Fill the slices of bread with raspadura cheese and add 2-3 Delicius Anchovy Fillets in Olive Oil for each toast.
- Add the parsley sauce to the filling, then close with a second slice of bread.
- Finally, toast in a pan with some butter.
- Serve hot!
