Erbs focaccia

INGREDIENTS

focaccia
cherry tomatoes
Channel of Sicily anchovies fillets in olive oil
sage
rosemary
extra virgin olive oil
pepper
ricotta/stracciatella cheese (optional)

PREPARATION

Cook the focaccia and the tomatoes on a pan, then add sage and rosemary.
When cooked cut the focaccia in regular pieces and complete with the Channel of Sicily anchovies fillets in olive oil, the extra virgin olive oil and the pepper.
If you like it you can add a small amount of ricotta or stracciatella cheese on top
