Club Sandwich with Green Pea Hummus and Grilled Mackerel Fillets

  • Delicius grilled mackerel fillets in olive oil;
  • Whole wheat/brown bread;
  • Green peas, 1 cup;
  • Almond cream, 1 spoon;
  • Fresh cream cheese;
  • Salad, a couple leaves;
  • Delicius anchovy fillets in olive oil, a couple;
  • Radish;
  • Salt;
  • Pepper.


  • Boil a cup of peas in hot water until cooked.
  • Mix and mash the peas with a small spoon of almond cream (unsweetened), salt and pepper.
  • Lightly toast the whole wheat bread slices and then spread them with the cream cheese.
  • Add the pea hummus, 2 salad leaves, the Delicius grilled mackerel fillets, the Delicius anchovies and the thinly cut radish.
  • Cut the sandwich in half and wrap the base with a napkin, then serve.
