Ingredients for 4 people
Preparation time: 30 minutes
- Delicius grilled mackerel fillets in olive oil;
- Whole wheat/brown bread;
- Green peas, 1 cup;
- Almond cream, 1 spoon;
- Fresh cream cheese;
- Salad, a couple leaves;
- Delicius anchovy fillets in olive oil, a couple;
- Boil a cup of peas in hot water until cooked.
- Mix and mash the peas with a small spoon of almond cream (unsweetened), salt and pepper.
- Lightly toast the whole wheat bread slices and then spread them with the cream cheese.
- Add the pea hummus, 2 salad leaves, the Delicius grilled mackerel fillets, the Delicius anchovies and the thinly cut radish.
- Cut the sandwich in half and wrap the base with a napkin, then serve.
