Cold Pasta with Tomato and Delicius Anchovies “Insalate”

Insalate9cm anchovies, with low oil content (75% less than the traditional glass jar). Less waste, best practicality and a maximum of usability of the fillets. 9cm is the perfect size to reinvent the fresh vegetables, cereals, rice or pasta salads!


Orecchiette pasta, 200 g
Tuna, 200 g
Delicius Anchovies “9, Insalate”, 6
Cherry tomatoes, 150 g
Garlic cloves, 2
Fresh mint
Junket, 50 g
Oil / Salt / Pepper


In a pan stir fry two garlic cloves and the tomatoes then add the Delicius anchovies “9, Insalate” and mix it. Chop the tuna into a tartare and season it with the oil, the salt, the pepper and a few leaves of chopped mint that will give freshness. Cook the orecchiette pasta in hot salted water and in the meantime add the tuna to the tomatoes; crush some of them with a fork to obtain a little sauce and mix everything. Drain the orecchiette, add them to the bowl then add the oil. Serve placing some junket on top.
