Delicius Grilled mackerel fillets in olive oil and capers rolls
Ingredients for 2 people
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Difficulty: very easy

Just perfect for those who prefer the intense and peculiar taste of blue fish, the tender fillets of Delicius grilled mackerel are sourced from the precious Scomber japonicus species. As usual, they are carefully hand cleaned and filleted and then flavoured by the skilful grilling. Eating mackerel is good for your health because they are particularly rich in Omega 3. Light grilling makes their taste even better.

Tuna carpaccio, 10 slices
Delicius Grilled Mackerel Fillets in Olive Oil, 110 g
Capers, 10 g
Green Olives, 4
Orange zest
Lemon zest and juice
Basil, 2 leaves
Black Pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
Cherry Tomatoes, 2

Chop the mackerel fillets with the knife then prepare the stuffing of the rolls with the chopped olives, the capers, the lemon and orange zest, the basil and the black pepper. Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Cut the tuna into thin slices or buy a carpaccio. First oil the baking paper then put the tuna slices between two sheets. Collect the filling with a spoon and place it in the middle of the tuna slice, then roll it up on its short side and close it with a toothpick. Repeat the operation until all the ingredients are used. Prepare the marinade with the lemon juice, the olive oil and a pinch of salt. Season the marinade with some basil leaves and the pulp of a couple of crushed tomatoes. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes so that the tuna is “cooked” thanks to the acidity of the lemon juice.
