Niçoise Salad with Delicius anchovies

80g of Lettuce Salad
6 Delicius anchovy fillets in olive oil 
2 Eggs
Half of a Green Pepper
Half of a Grilled yellow pepper
1 Spring onion or Red onion
5-6 Basil leaves 
1 Tomato
1 Cucumber
4 Radishes
2 Tablespoons of Black olives
4 fillets of Tuna in olive oil 
Extra virgin olive oil
White wine vinegar 
Sparkling water


Separate the lettuce leaves, wash them and season them with olive oil, then put them in a bowl and add the basil leaves chopped in small pieces;
Cook the egg according to preferences (5 minutes for a soft yolk); 
Remove the skin from the green pepper and cut it in a very thin julienne;
Grill the yellow pepper, remove the skin and cut it in thin slices too;
Finely cut the red onion and put it in bowl with sparkling water to reduce the strong flavour;
Cut the tomato in 4 parts;
Remove part of the skin of the cucumber and cut it in thin slices; 
Cut the radishes in 4 parts; 
Prepare a vinaigrette mixing oil, vinegar and salt – create a soft creamy seasoning; 
Assemble all the ingredients together, mix thoroughly and complete with the whole Delicius anchovies on top.
