Lello Spaghetti with Delicius Anchovies in olive oil

Ingredients for 2 people

60g of Anchovy fillets in olive oil
160g of spaghetti
1 clove of garlic
150g of tomatoes
Lemon zest


Cut roughly the garlic clove and the anchovies, fry them in the pan with olive oil, then add half cute tomatoes and salt then right away to make them lose the water.

Add one ladleful of water and cook for 10 minutes, then add parts of basil leaves and the lemon zest.

Then cook the spaghetti until firm and drain it in the pan, then complete the cooking until creamy with olive oil. Plate as a nest and add some basil leaves and some lemon zest.
