Roll them up together and you will discover DOUBLE, the new anchovy twice the size, and twice the taste. Filetti di Alici in Olio di Oliva Arrotolati con Cappero 90g Double | Delicius

Ingredients for 6 portions

6 Delicius Double anchovy fillets rolled with capers
Milk bread for sandwiches
60g of soft butter
60g of soft cheese
Salt and pepper
Pink pepper in berries

PReparation

With some star-shaped biscuit mods, cut out many little stars from the soft milk-bread, make them in different sizes.
In a mixer put together the butter, the cream cheese and the anchovies. Blend until the consistency is easy to spread, add salt and pepper.  Spread a layer of creamy mix on each bread slice, and start putting one on top of the other – largest to smallest – in order to form small Christmas trees.
Decorate with pink or green pepper berries as if they were Christmas balls.
