Mixed Croutons with Delicius Double Anchovies

Ingredients for 4 people

Rolled Anchovy Fillets in Olive Oil DOUBLE 90g. Take two Delicius anchovy fillets, the ones that are really the best. Roll them up together and you will discover DOUBLE, the new anchovy twice the size, and twice the taste.In the classic glass jar they really seem huge, and they are. Hugely marvelous.


1 jar of Delicius Double Anchovies in olive oil, rolled with capers and with chili pepper. 
16 black bread croutons 
100g of beetroot
3-4 pickled onions
1 onion
Fresh goat cheese
Rosemary & sage 
Cannellini beans
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon of yogurt
Extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper


Cut 16 croutons of black bread, butter them well and garnish with the following combinations:

DOUBLE anchovies with capers and beetroot cream:
mix 100g of steamed beetroot with 3-4 pickled onions, 1 tablespoon yogurt, 1 teaspoon of oil, salt and pepper. Place the mix on top of the crouton and add a DOUBLE anchovy. 

DOUBLE anchovies with chili pepper with cheese and onion:
Thinly slice an onion, seasoning it with salt and vinegar. Spread the un-buttered croutons with a layer of fresh goat cheese, garnished with onion and anchovies DOUBLE with chilli pepper. 

DOUBLE anchovies with chili pepper and cannellini beans:
In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil with sage and rosemary, add 4-5 tablespoons of boiled cannellini beans, add pepper and sauté for 5 minutes. Put the hot beans on top of the croutons, then garnish with the DOUBLE anchovies with chili pepper.

DOUBLE anchovies in olive oil with avocado:
Thinly slice half an avocado, sprinkle it with lemon juice and lay the slices over the croutons. Then complete with the DOUBLE anchovies in olive oil on top.
