Alici Canale di Sicilia Delicius fillets, 4 fillets;

Garlic, 1 clove;

Fresh chili, 1;

Grated cheese, to taste;

Chili threads, to taste;

Oil, to taste;

Salt, to taste;

Pepper, to taste.

Tips:

  • You can substitute fresh chili with dried chili.
  • You can omit the chili threads.

PREPARATION

Dice the potato and separate the broccoli florets, then cook in boiling water for about 15 minutes until both are tender.

Meanwhile, in a pan, sauté a clove of garlic, a piece of chili, and the anchovy fillets.

Once cooked, transfer the vegetables to a high-sided bowl and blend until smooth. Adjust with salt and pepper and, if needed, adjust the consistency by adding the cooking water from the vegetables.

Cook the pasta in the same water used for cooking broccoli and potatoes.

Drain al dente directly into the pan with the sauté and finish cooking by adding water.

Finally, add the broccoli and potato cream and toss for a minute to blend the seasoning well.

Off the heat, stir in the grated cheese.

Plate, garnishing with chili threads and an anchovy fillet.
