Mini Pizzas with Cantabrian Sea anchovy fillets

Cantabrian Sea anchovy fillets, 100g. Anchovy fillets caught in the Cantabrian Sea. This anchovy fillets are thick and tasty, they have a pinkish colour tending to a tobacco hue and a larger size.


Puff pastry, 1 roll;
Tomato passata, 50 g;
Burrata cheese, 80 g;
Cantabrian Sea anchovy fillets, 8 fillets;
Lemon peel;
Extra virgin olive oil;
Salt and pepper


First, obtain 4 circular pizzas from the roll of puff pastry. Season the tomato passata with oil, pepper and oregano.Punch the puff discs in the center with a fork and then place a spoonful of sauce on the pastry. Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
At the end of cooking, complete with abundant burrata cheese and lemon peel.
Place two cantabrian sea anchovy fillets and then add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and pepper.
