Chicken alla Diavola

1 tin of Delicius anchovy fillets in spicy sauce
350g of chicken breasts
3 garlic cloves
2 spoons of tomato concentrate (paste)
2 peppers


Put 1 garlic clove in a bowl with extra virgin olive oil, then add the chopped anchovy fillets in spicy sauce and the tomato concentrate – mix all these ingredients together.
Add the chicken breast to the preparation and some oregano. Let the chicken marinate with the ingredients for about 30 minutes.
Heat 2 garlic cloves in a pan with olive oil and an anchovy fillet in spicy sauce. Let the anchovy melt slowly, add the sliced peppers and sauté them, then add salt and pepper and keep heated;
Then cook the marinated chicken breast with its ingredients;
Serve the chicken with the side of the peppers and a sprinkle of fresh parsley on top.
