Croutons, Flavoured Butter and XXL Anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea

Ingredients for 4 people
Preparation Time: 20 minutes.

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE

1 pack of Delicius XXL – Extralarge Anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea
Bread according to preferences, to make the croutons

Parsley Flavoured Butter:
50 g of butter
Lemon zest
1/4 garlic clove
Parsley

Tomato Flavoured Butter:
50 g of butter
30 g tomato sauce concentrate
Oregano

Champagne Flavoured Butter:
50 g of butter
30 cl of Champagne
1/4 chopped shallot

PREPARATION

Make the butter soft and creamy by letting it rest at room temperature for about 1 hour before starting the flavouring and preparation.

Parsley Falvoured Butter: Blend the butter with the chopped parsley, the lemon zest and the pressed garlic clove (press the garlic with the blade of a knife).

Tomato Flavoured Butter: Blend the butter with the tomato concentrate and the oregano.

Champagne Flavoured Butter: Heat a pan and pour the champagne in it, so that the alcohol evaporates immediately. Add the chopped shallot and let the mix blend well together. Then pour it in a bowl with the butter and mix all together.

Toast some thin slices of your choice of preferred bread in the oven at a temperature of 180° for about 5 minutes.

Serve the appetiser on a nice plate with three different cups, each with one flavoured butter. Place the croutons on the side and the Delicius XXL anchovy fillets in the center.
