Tuna alla Pizzaiola with Double Anchovies

Take two Delicius anchovy fillets, the ones that are really the best. INGREDIENTs

Delicius Double anchovies in olive oil
1 red tuna steak (120 gr per person)
Garlic
Capers
Black olives
Tomato sauce
Burrata cheese
Basil
Cherry tomatoes
Seed oil

PReparation

Chop the black olives in tiny pieces, then put them on a baking tray to dry in the oven at 80° for about an hour, then cut the cherry tomatoes in halves and also put them on a baking tray with salt and olive oil on top, baking them at 80° for about an hour.

In the meanwhile prepare a sautee with garlic, capers and the anchovy fillets, add the tomato sauce and cook for 15-20 minutes. Then blend them together to obtain a smooth sauce.
Deep fry the capers in seed oil until they open up and become crunchy, remove them from the oil and drain them.

Cook the tuna in a very hot pan or grill on both sides, keeping it red in the center.

Serve with the Pizzaiola sauce in the center of the plate, then add the tuna steak cut in half, complete with all the other ingredients to garnish and serve!
