Spring Salad with Delicius Grilled Mackerel

  • Delicius Grilled Mackerel, 100 g;
  • Red Onion, 1\2;
  • Cherry Tomatoe, 10;
  • Greek Cheese, 80 g;
  • Origan, q.b.;
  • Basil, q.b.;
  • Radishes, 4;
  • Black Olives, 30 g;
  • Valerian, 80 g;
  • EVO Oil, q.b.;
  • Salt, q.b.;
  • Black Pepper, q.b.;
  • Lemon, 1



  • First of all, prepare all the cuts of the vegetables and the remaining ingredients.
  • Then cut the red onion into julienne strips, the cherry tomatoes in half, the feta cheese into cubes, the radishes into thin slices and the black olives (pitted) in half. Combine the cherry tomatoes with the feta cheese, season with extra virgin olive oil, salt, black pepper, oregano and leave to marinate for a few minutes.
  • In a large bowl, season the valerian with extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, fine salt and mix everything well.
  • Place everything on the plate, arranging the seasoned valerian at the base, then the cherry tomatoes with the now marinated feta and finally complete with the Delicius grilled mackerel, julienned red onion, radishes, basil and pitted olives.
