Just perfect for those who prefer the intense and peculiar taste of blue fish, the tender fillets of Delicius grilled mackerel are sourced from the precious Scomber japonicus species. As usual, they are carefully hand cleaned and filleted and then flavoured by the skilful grilling. Eating mackerel is good for your health because they are particularly rich in Omega 3. Light grilling makes their taste even better.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Delicius, Parma dal 1974.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>Grilled mackerel fillets in olive oil, 110gr<br \/>\nZiti pasta or any kind of pasta, 200gr<br \/>\nGreen beans, 150gr<br \/>\nSpring onion, 1<br \/>\nCherry tomatoes, 10<br \/>\nSalt<br \/>\nBrown sugar<br \/>\nExtra virgin olive oil<br \/>\nGarlic, 1\/2 clove<br \/>\nBread crumbs, 6 spoons<br \/>\nLemon zest, 1\/2 lemon<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Basil, 3-4 leaves<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/j1Zth1k1pFI\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\">Preparation<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\">Cook the pasta \u201cal dente\u201d in salted boiling water, then drain them in a bowl with some oil and mix it.<br \/>\nCut the green beans in regular parts and cook them in salted boiling water for 5 minutes, then cool them with some ice to preserve their color.<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, put it in the oven with some oil, salt and sugar and cook them for 20 minutes at 200\u00b0C.<br \/>\n<\/span>Cut the spring onion in thin slices and cook it in the pan with some oil, then add the green beans and cook them together for a couple of minutes.<br \/>\nAdd salt, pepper and keep them aside.<br \/>\nChop the garlic clove in small parts and cook them delicately in a pan with oil. Add the bread crumbs to make it crisp.<br \/>\nPut all the vegetables and the pasta in a bowl and keep some tomatoes aside for the plating.<br \/>\nAdd the Delicius grilled mackerel fillet, cut in slices.<br \/>\nMake it creamy adding some oil, lemon zest, roughly cut basil leaves and half of the bread crumbs.<br \/>\nPlate adding the rest of the bread crumbs and decorate with some basil leaves and the cherry tomatoes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Grilled mackerel, green beans and spring onion pasta Ingredients for 2 people Preparation time: 40 minutes THE DELICIUS PRODUCT Grilled mackerel fillets in olive oil, 110gr.
