Roll them up together and you will discover DOUBLE, the new anchovy twice the size, and twice the taste. With the spicy hint of the best chillies you will discover a determined taste that will make you regret not having come home earlier!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.delicius.it\/en\/prodotti\/rolled-anchovy-fillets-with-chilli-olive-oil-double-90g\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2313 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.delicius.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/1330.jpg\" alt=\"Filetti di Alici in Olio di Oliva Arrotolati con Peperoncino 90g | Delicius\" width=\"250\" height=\"250\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.delicius.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/1330.jpg 250w, https:\/\/www.delicius.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/1330-100x100.jpg 100w, https:\/\/www.delicius.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/1330-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>INGREDIENTs for 4 PEople<\/h2>\n<p>For the Waffles:<br class=\"\" \/>250g of flour<br class=\"\" \/>250g of milk<br class=\"\" \/>2 eggs<br class=\"\" \/>30g of seed oil (eg sunflower seeds)<br class=\"\" \/>1 teaspoon of baking powder<br class=\"\" \/>1 pinch of salt<br class=\"\" \/>1 pinch of sugar<br class=\"\" \/><span style=\"color: #5856d6;\"><br class=\"\" \/><\/span>For the anchovy sauce:<br class=\"\" \/>6 Delicius Double anchovy fillets with chilli<br class=\"\" \/>4 tablespoons of fresh cream<br class=\"\" \/>1 tablespoon of peanut butter (you can replace with Tahin)<br class=\"\" \/>1 or 2 tablespoons of cold vegetable broth (if you want a smoother sauce)<br class=\"\" \/><span style=\"color: #5856d6;\"><br class=\"\" \/><\/span>For the filling:<br class=\"\" \/>2 ripe avocados<br class=\"\" \/>1 tablespoon of lemon juice<br class=\"\" \/>4 eggs<br class=\"\" \/>4 radishes<br class=\"\" \/>Watercress<br class=\"\" \/>Salt and Pepper<\/p>\n<h2>PREPAration<\/h2>\n<p>Start by preparing the waffles: Work the eggs, milk and oil\u00a0with the electric whisk. Little by little add the flour (sifted with the baking powder), then the sugar and salt,\u00a0always working with the whisk.\u00a0<br class=\"\" \/>Heat the waffle iron, lightly oil it and pour the batter with a ladle on it. Cook the waffles for about 2 minutes (or until they become beautifully golden).<span style=\"color: #5856d6;\"><br class=\"\" \/><\/span>In the meantime, prepare the sauce by blending the (drained form their oil) Delicius Double anchovies with chilli, the peanut butter and the fresh cream. Slowly add the vegetable broth until you get the desired texture.<\/p>\n<div class=\"\">\n<p>Then crush the avocados in a bowl with a fork to obtain a puree. Add the lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix well.<br class=\"\" \/><span style=\"color: #5856d6;\"><br class=\"\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"\">Start assembling the waffles: Spread a spoonful of anchovy sauce on each waffle, continue with a layer of avocado pur\u00e9e.<\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"\">Cook the poached eggs (one at a time), and place each on a waffle when cooked.<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">Decorate with very thin\u00a0slices of radish and some chopped watercress. Add a pinch of salt and the ground pepper. Finally garnish with two DOUBLE anchovy fillets with chili pepper.
