Discover a unique and appetising new taste.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.delicius.it\/en\/prodotti\/rolled-anchovy-fillets-spicy-sauce-double-60g\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3609 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.delicius.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/1302.jpg\" alt=\"Filetti di Alici in Salsa Piccante 60g DOUBLE | Delicius\" width=\"250\" height=\"250\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.delicius.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/1302.jpg 250w, https:\/\/www.delicius.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/1302-100x100.jpg 100w, https:\/\/www.delicius.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/1302-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>INGREDIENTs for 2 PEople<\/h2>\n<div class=\"\"><em>For the pastry:<\/em><br class=\"\" \/>200 g of flour<br class=\"\" \/>2 eggs<br class=\"\" \/><br class=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><em>For the stuffing:<\/em><br class=\"\" \/>4 Delicius anchovy fillets in spicy sauce\u00a0<br class=\"\" \/>180 g of cod filet<br class=\"\" \/>1 garlic clove<br class=\"\" \/>1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil<br class=\"\" \/>140 g of ricotta cheese\u00a0<br class=\"\" \/>2 or 3 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese\u00a0<br class=\"\" \/><br class=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><em>For the puree:<\/em><br class=\"\" \/>400 g of purple potatoes<br class=\"\" \/>20 g of butter<br class=\"\" \/>1 dl. of hot milk<br class=\"\" \/>Salt and Nutmeg<br class=\"\" \/><br class=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"\">You will also need about 20 gr. of butter for seasoning, poppy seeds and Delicius Double Anchovy fillets in spicy sauce to garnish.<\/div>\n<h2>PREPARATION<\/h2>\n<div class=\"\">Start preparing the dough: Create a fountain in the flour and break the eggs in it. Start kneading with your fingertips to mix the ingredients and then start to knead vigorously for\u00a010-15 minutes, until it becomes homogeneous and elastic. Form a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.<br class=\"\" \/>Heat the oil in a pan with the whole garlic clove, lightly crushed. Add the anchovy fillets, chopped with your hands and let them melt. Add the cod and cook by turning it from all sides (it will take 4 or 5 minutes\u00a0in total) then break it into small pieces with a wooden spoon and saut\u00e9 again for a minute. Transfer in a bowl and leave to cool down.<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">Then add the ricotta and parmesan to the fish and pass briefly on the mixer: the filling must result creamy but not too smooth.<\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"\">Peel the potatoes, cut them in small pieces and steam cook them. Drain them, crush them and add butter and hot milk, then mix well over\u00a0very low heat.<\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"\">Roll out the dough making three strips of very thin pastry. With the help of two spoons, place the fish and cheese filling on top of the dough, properly spaced out. Remember to brush the dough, around the filling, with\u00a0water, in this way the edges of the raviolo will close well and will not open during cooking. Fold the dough to cover the filling, obtaining your ravioli. With your fingers, try to let the air out around the filling by pressing\u00a0lightly. Cut the half-moon ravioli with the pastry ring. Fix the edges with the fingertips.<br class=\"\" \/><br class=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"\">Dip the ravioli in abundant salted boiling water and cook for 3 minutes. Drain them and season in a pan with melted butter.<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">\n<p>Briefly heat the puree by adding a milk droplet and place a spoonful on each plate and spread it\u00a0lightly with a spatula or a knife.<\/p>\n<div class=\"\">\n<div class=\"\">Put the ravioli on the purple potato puree and decorate with an anchovy fillet on top and some poppy seeds.
