Benedict with anchovy fillets in olive oil"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients for 4 people<br \/>\nPreparation Time: 15 minutes<\/p>\n<h2>INGREDIENTs<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Delicius Double anchovy fillets in olive oil, 8;<\/li>\n<li>Small eggs, 4;<\/li>\n<li>Ripe avocado, 1;<\/li>\n<li>Lemon juice;<\/li>\n<li>Thyme, 2 branches;<\/li>\n<li>Multicereal bread, 8 rolls,<\/li>\n<li>Salt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>PREPARAtion<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\">Toast the rolls.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Cut in thin slices half avocado and squeeze the other half with lemon juice, salt and thyme.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Cook the eggs for 6 minutes in boiling water, drain quickly and stop cooking in cold water.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Spread the cream of avocado over the toasted rolls, unshell and cut in half the eggs and then lay them over the cream.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Garnish the croutons with fan-shaped avocado slices and place a fillet of anchovies on top of
