INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE<\/h2>\n

8 Delicius anchovy fillets with Pantelleria capers in olive oil
\n8 slices of brown or cereal bread
\n500g of bitter chicory
\n1 garlic clove
\n160g of provolone cheese
\nExtra virgin olive oil
\nSalt
\nGround pepper at the moment<\/p>\n

PREPARATION<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Wash the bitter chicory and cut in small pieces, then boil it for 10 minutes in salted water. Drain it very well once cooked.
\nSaut\u00e9 the cooked bitter chicory in a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil, half a garlic clove, salt and pepper.
\nLightly toast the bread slices. If you want it to have a stronger taste, delicately pass the remaining piece of garlic on the upper side.
\nAdd to each bread slice some of the bitter chicory, then a thin slice of provolone cheese. Pass the croutons in the heated oven grill for a couple minutes, until the cheese begins to melt.
