The grilled version is even more of a surprise and will give your recipes an unusual and pleasant turn.<\/p>\n<h2>INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE<\/h2>\n<p>1 box of Delicius grilled mackerel fillets<br \/>\n6 slices of sweet bacon<br \/>\n150g of pre-cooked cannellini beans<br \/>\nParsley<br \/>\n50g of parmesan cheese<br \/>\nVinegar<br \/>\n200g of fregola pasta<br \/>\nhalf an onion<\/p>\n<div class=\"epyt-video-wrapper\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\"  id=\"_ytid_70132\"  width=\"800\" height=\"450\"  data-origwidth=\"800\" data-origheight=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/GMyF5UttuFY?enablejsapi=1&#038;autoplay=0&#038;cc_load_policy=0&#038;cc_lang_pref=&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;loop=0&#038;rel=1&#038;fs=1&#038;playsinline=0&#038;autohide=2&#038;theme=dark&#038;color=red&#038;controls=1&#038;\" class=\"__youtube_prefs__  epyt-is-override  no-lazyload\" title=\"YouTube player\"  allow=\"fullscreen; accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen data-no-lazy=\"1\" data-skipgform_ajax_framebjll=\"\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<h2>PREPARATION<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Boil half a litre of water with salt.\u00a0<\/span>Drain the mackerel fillets from their box and marinate them in a bowl with white wine vinegar and thinly cut parsley.<br \/>\nSaut\u00e9 half an onion with the sweet bacon (both previously thinly cut), then add the fregola pasta and toast it in the pan for a couple of minutes.<br \/>\nUse the salted hot water to add liquid to the preparation when it is drying up.
