  • Delicius Sardine Fillets in olive oil<\/li>\n
  • Buckwheat flour, 120g;<\/li>\n
  • Asparagus;<\/li>\n
  • Green salad, a couple leaves;<\/li>\n
  • Salt;<\/li>\n
  • Egg, 1 small;<\/li>\n
  • Water, a glass;<\/li>\n
  • Extra virgin olive oil;<\/li>\n
  • Pepper;<\/li>\n
  • Lemon juice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    PREPARATION<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Prepare the crepes: mix 120g of buckwheat flour with 2 pinches of salt, 1 small egg and half a dl of water (measure).<\/li>\n
    • Let the batter rest for 15 minutes and then cook the crepes in a small non-stick pan.<\/li>\n
    • Boil the asparagus without making them too soft.<\/li>\n
    • Place on each crepe a couple salad leaves, an asparagus and a sardine fillet on each side of it. Season with pepper, olive oil and a couple drops of lemon juice.<\/li>\n
