An impeccable quality, skilfully salted and let to rest for months and months. Carefully cured, filleted and packed by hand, according to tradition. This is how the \u201cSuperior\u201d anchovy fillets in olive oil are made.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"image span4\"><a href=\"http:\/\/delicius.it\/prodotti\/filetti-di-alici-allolio-di-oliva-superior\/filetti-di-alici-arrotolati-allolio-di-oliva-superior-265g?lang=it\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/delicius.it\/app\/uploads\/2013\/08\/IMG_2667.png\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row-fluid\">\n<div class=\"span12 ricetta_preparazione\">\n<h2>INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE<\/h2>\n<p><strong>ANCHOVY\u00a0CREAM CHEESE<\/strong><br \/>\n200g of\u00a0robiola cheese<br \/>\n2\u00a0spoons of anchovy paste<br \/>\n1\u00a0celery<br \/>\nGrinded pepper at moment of use<\/p>\n<p><strong>FRIGGITELLI PEPPERS WITH BUFFALO MOZZARELLA AND\u00a0ANCHOVIES<\/strong><br \/>\n12\u00a0green sweet Italian chili peppers<br \/>\n12 &#8220;superior&#8221; rolled anchovy fillets\u00a0in olive oil<br \/>\n6\u00a0small buffalo mozzarellas (bocconcini)<br \/>\nExtra virgin olive oils<br \/>\nSalt<br \/>\n12\u00a0bamboo cocktail sticks<\/p>\n<p><strong>SQUASH\u00a0BLOSSOMS STUFFED WITH ANCHOVIES<\/strong><br \/>\n12 squash blossoms<br \/>\n1 tube of anchovy paste<br \/>\n6\u00a0slices of buffalo mozzarella<br \/>\n1\u00a0spoonful of bread crumbs<br \/>\nExtra virgin olive oil<br \/>\nsalt<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"box-video\" class=\"row-fluid\">\n<div class=\"span12 ricetta_preparazione\">\n<h2>PREPARAtion<\/h2>\n<p>ANCHOVY CHEESE CREME<\/p>\n<p>Add the anchovy paste to the fresh cheese and mix<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">thoroughly. Add pepper according to preferences. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Serve with neatly cut celery sticks. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>FRIGGITELLI PEPPERS\u00a0WITH BUFFALO MOZZARELLA AND ANCHOVIES<\/p>\n<p>Wash the peppers and then dry them very well. Heat 3-4 spoons of olive oil in a wide non-stick pan and then add the peppers, making them saut\u00e9 in the boiling oil until they soften (be very careful with the oil&#8217;s spurt). Then drain them from the oils on cooking paper and salta them lightly.<\/p>\n<p>Cut the buffa;p mozzarellas in halves and place a folded peppers and a rolled anchovy on top of each piece. Pierce all three elements with the cocktail stick to create a skewer. Make sure the rounded side of the mozzarella is facing upwards so that the skewer will stand on its own.<\/p>\n<p>SQUASH BLOSSOMS STUFFED WITH ANCHOVIES<\/p>\n<p>Drain the mozzarella cheese so that it looses\u00a0some of its water, then cut each slice in pieces. Remove the pistil from the squash blossoms and stuff them with a piece of mozzarella and a little bit of anchovy paste.\u00a0Close up the squash blossoms with with a slight twisting of the petals. Season them with olive oil and sprinkle them with bread crumbs. Heat up a nont-stick pan and toast the squash blossoms on it, turning them a couple of time while they are cooking, adding a little oil only if necessary.
