and dissolve a sachet of saffron in it.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cook the pasta in salted boiling water, and when there are 2 minutes left in the cooking time, drain it directly into the pan with the seasoning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finish cooking the pasta by simmering it in the pan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Off the heat, stir in the butter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plate the pasta in a nest, drizzling it with the anchovy and saffron sauce and garnishing with an anchovy
