Allow the anchovies to melt over low heat to prevent them from burning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clean the mushrooms thoroughly, cut them into small pieces, and add them to the pan along with a sprig of thyme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Season with salt and saut\u00e9 for five minutes over high heat. When they are cooked but still crisp and golden brown, remove them from the pan and set aside.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted boiling water and drain it very \u201cal dente\u201d directly into the same pan where the mushrooms were cooked.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add a ladle of water and continue cooking, stirring in the pan.
