Easy<\/p>\n<h2>INGREDIENTS<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Pumpkin, 250 g;<\/li>\n<li>Egg, 1;<\/li>\n<li>Sage;<\/li>\n<li>Thyme;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.delicius.it\/prodotti\/linea-classica\/\">Anchovies in olive oil<\/a>, 4 filetts;<\/li>\n<li>Hazelnuts, 30 g;<\/li>\n<li>Nutmeg;<\/li>\n<li>Butter (for buttering);<\/li>\n<li>Oil;<\/li>\n<li>Salt;<\/li>\n<li>Pepper.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the fondue:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Milk, 100 ml;<\/li>\n<li>Castelmagno cheese, 70 g.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/pia64Uz8_iI?\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2>PREPARATION<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Dice the pumpkin and season with oil, salt, pepper and herbs, then bake in a 200\u00b0C oven for about 20 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer the pumpkin pulp into a blender along with eggs, coarsely chopped hazelnuts, a drizzle of oil, salt and an anchovy fillet, then blend until smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer the mixture to previously buttered aluminum molds, leaving about 1 cm from the rim, then transfer to a baking dish half-filled with water for bain-marie cooking.<\/li>\n<li>Bake in a preheated oven at 180\u00b0C for 15 to 20 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Meanwhile, in a saucepan, heat the milk with a pinch of pepper and nutmeg.<\/li>\n<li>Once hot, add the grated cheese and stir well to make the fondue.<\/li>\n<li>When the flans are cooked, unmold them directly onto the plate and garnish with Castelmagno cheese fondue, chopped hazelnuts and an Anchovy Fillet in olive
