the Anchovies from Sicily:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pizza dough, 1;<\/li>\n<li>Battered pistachios, 1 tablespoon;<\/li>\n<li>Mozzarella cheese, 100 g;<\/li>\n<li>Anchovies from Sicily Carbon Neutral jar, 3 fillets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the pizza with the Anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pizza dough, 1;<\/li>\n<li>Tomatoes, 6;<\/li>\n<li>Anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea Carbon Neutral jar, 3 fillets;<\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper;<\/li>\n<li>Oregano;<\/li>\n<li>Basil, 20 g;<\/li>\n<li>Oil, 20 ml.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the pizza with the Anchovies from the Adriatic Sea:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pizza dough, 1;<\/li>\n<li>Squacquerone cheese, 100 g;<\/li>\n<li>Anchovies from the Adriatic Sea Carbon Neutral jar, 3 fillets;<\/li>\n<li>Arugula, 50 g;<\/li>\n<li>Oil, 30 ml;<\/li>\n<li>Grated cheese, 2 tbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Almonds, 30 g;<\/li>\n<li>Salt.<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/4Y63n26_C38\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2>preparation<\/h2>\n<p>For the arugula cream:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Place the arugula in a blender glass with the almonds, grated cheese, oil, salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Blend until smooth and keep aside.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the basil oil:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Place the basil in a blender cup with a pinch of salt and blend until smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Roll out the pizza dough and lay on a baking tray covered with baking paper and lightly greased.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 250\u00b0C, then proceed with the various toppings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the pizza with the Anchovies from Sicily:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Spread the shredded mozzarella, then return the pizza to the oven for 5 minutes in grill mode.<\/li>\n<li>Remove from the oven and top with the chopped pistachios and three Anchovy fillets from Sicily.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the pizza with the Anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Spread the cherry tomatoes, previously cut into small pieces and seasoned with oil, salt, pepper and oregano, on the pizza.<\/li>\n<li>Garnish with basil oil and three Anchovy fillets from the Cantabrian Sea.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the pizza with the Anchovies from the Adriatic Sea:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Spread the squacquerone cheese on the pizza and top with the arugula cream and three Ancovy fillets from the Adriatic
