Easy<\/p>\n<h2>INGREDIENTS<\/h2>\n<p>For the tartare:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Avocado (hard, almost unripe), 1;<\/li>\n<li>Mango, 1;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.delicius.it\/prodotti\/linea-sgombro\/\">Spicy Mackerel fillets in olive oil Delicius, 1 pack.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the mayonnaise:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eggs,1;<\/li>\n<li>Lime, 1;<\/li>\n<li>Seed oil, 200 g.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the confit tomatoes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cherry tomatoes, 5;<\/li>\n<li>Dried oregano;<\/li>\n<li>Dried thyme;<\/li>\n<li>Rosemary;<\/li>\n<li>Extra virgin olive oil;<\/li>\n<li>Powdered sugar;<\/li>\n<li>Fine salt;<\/li>\n<li>Lemon zest, 1;<\/li>\n<li>Orange zest, 1.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2>PREPARATION<\/h2>\n<p>For the cherry tomatoes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wash the cherry tomatoes, then cut them in half and arrange them with the cut surface on top in a baking dish with baking paper.<\/li>\n<li>Season with all ingredients, then bake at 140\u00b0C for about 2 hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the lime mayonnaise:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Crack an egg into a blender glass, then pour in the seed oil, lime juice and a pinch of salt.<\/li>\n<li>Whip the mayonnaise with an immersion blender, then add the lime zest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the tartare:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Clean the avocado and mango, then dice them and season with oil, salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Lay the tartare on a plate, possibly helping yourself with a pasta cup of your favorite shape.<\/li>\n<li>Garnish with the spicy mackerel fillets, lime mayonnaise and confit
