1;<\/li>\n<li>Basil;<\/li>\n<li>Stracciatella cheese, 80 g;<\/li>\n<li>Delicius anchovies from Sicily, 3 fillets;<\/li>\n<li>Taralli;<\/li>\n<li>Extra virgin olive aside.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Remove the tomato hearts and cut them in small cubes.<\/li>\n<li>Season the tomatoes with salt, pepper, oil, lemon zest and mix well.<\/li>\n<li>Toast the bread in a pan.<\/li>\n<li>Compose the sandwich by spreading the stracciatella cheese on the base, then the tomato tartare, then the anchovy fillets.<\/li>\n<li>Garnish with lemon zest and crumbled
