with Squash Cream and Anchovies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients for 2 people<br \/>\nTotal preparation time: 30 minutes<br \/>\nDifficulty: Easy<\/p>\n<h2>INGREDIENTS<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Squash, 4;<\/li>\n<li>Delicius anchovies in olive oil, 4 fillets;<\/li>\n<li>Stale bread;<\/li>\n<li>Garlic, 2 cloves;<\/li>\n<li>Olive oil;<\/li>\n<li>Fresh red pepper, 1;<\/li>\n<li>Spaghetti, 200 g;<\/li>\n<li>Mint.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/OpTN0QmH9fE\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2>PREPARATION<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Cut the stale bread into slices, then reduce it into coarse crumbs.<\/li>\n<li>In a frying pan, pour plenty of extra virgin olive oil, add the garlic clove and the fresh chilli pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Add the stale bread crumbs and toss until golden brown.<\/li>\n<li>Cut the squash in slices.<\/li>\n<li>Add them in a pan and saut\u00e9 with oil, garlic, chilli, fresh mint and a pinch of salt.<\/li>\n<li>Cook for about ten minutes, adding a ladle of hot water when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>When the squash is soft, add the anchovies and finally blend in a blender until smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water.<\/li>\n<li>Drain &#8220;al dente&#8221; directly in the pan with the zucchini sauce and stir well.<\/li>\n<li>Serve neatly and garnish with the golden bread crumbs, a final whole anchovy fillet and a drizzle of
