{"id":16959,"date":"2021-12-27T08:38:51","date_gmt":"2021-12-27T08:38:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.delicius.it\/2022\/01\/17\/pasta-canciova\/"},"modified":"2022-01-17T08:41:08","modified_gmt":"2022-01-17T08:41:08","slug":"pasta-canciova","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.delicius.it\/en\/2021\/12\/27\/pasta-canciova\/","title":{"rendered":"Pasta c&#8217;anciova"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredienti per 2 people<br \/>\nPreparation time: 35 minutes<br \/>\nDifficulty: Easy<\/p>\n<h2><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Delicius Anchovies from Sicily, 6\/8 fillets;<\/li>\n<li>Paccheri pasta, 150 g;<\/li>\n<li>White onion, \u00bd;<\/li>\n<li>Butter, 40\/50 g;<\/li>\n<li>Orange zest, \u00bd;<\/li>\n<li>Tomato paste, 100 g;<\/li>\n<li>Raisins, 20 g;<\/li>\n<li>Pine nuts, 20 g;<\/li>\n<li>Bread, 2 slices;<\/li>\n<li>Salt;<\/li>\n<li>Pepper.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/pb4kwNBeiBk\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2>PREPARATION<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Soak the raisins in warm water so that they rehydrate.<\/li>\n<li>Chop 4 anchovies very finely.<\/li>\n<li>Flavor the butter, already soft, with the orange zest and chopped anchovies and put the rest of the butter in the refrigerator to cool before being spread on croutons.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">In a pan, saut\u00e9 the onion, finely chopped, with half of the prepared butter.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Add the tomato paste and two ladles of hot water and stir.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Cook the paccheri pasta directly in the pan with the sauce adding one ladle of hot water at a time as if it were a risotto.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Toast the bread slices in the pan for a couple of minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Add raisins and pine nuts adjusting salt and pepper if necessary.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Let it cook for about ten minutes so that the sauce thickens.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Serve the paccheri c&#8217;anciova together with the two croutons spread with the rest of the flavored butter, which will accompany the dish and create a pleasant play of temperatures, between hot pasta and cold butter, and different textures.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Have you ever heard about the Pasta c&#39;anciova?
