Combine the cherry tomatoes with the feta cheese, season with extra virgin olive oil, salt, black pepper, oregano and leave to marinate for a few minutes.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, season the valerian with extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, fine salt and mix everything well.<\/li>\n<li>Place everything on the plate, arranging the seasoned valerian at the base, then the cherry tomatoes with the now marinated feta and finally complete with the Delicius grilled mackerel, julienned red onion, radishes, basil and pitted olives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Spring salad, or rather a rich salad that replaces the classic canned tuna with excellent grilled mackerel in oil.
