Easy<\/p>\n<h2>INGREDIENTS<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Flour, 400g;<\/li>\n<li>Warm water, 320g;<\/li>\n<li>Brewer&#8217;s yeast, 3g;<\/li>\n<li>Salt, 10g;<\/li>\n<li>Delicius anchovy fillets in olive oil, 90g;<\/li>\n<li>Basil, 15g;<\/li>\n<li>Black olives, 50g;<\/li>\n<li>Seeds oil.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>PREPARATION<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Sift the flour in a bowl and add the brewer&#8217;s yeast.<\/li>\n<li>Add some warm water and melt it.<\/li>\n<li>Start working the dough with your hands, adding water.<\/li>\n<li>Add salt just before finishing the water and work the dough until sticky and smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Let it rest for 3 hours.<\/li>\n<li>After that time, cut with a knife the Delicius anchovies, with basil, black olives and mix them with the dough.<\/li>\n<li>Mix the ingredients and let the dough leaven for another hour.<\/li>\n<li>Cook the seed oil and once hot fry the pettole.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It takes very little to
