To be classified as Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, strict standards must be met at every stage of its production: cultivation, harvesting, pressing and storage. The olives are grown naturally, without the use of chemical fertilisers or pesticides. At the mill, the organic olives follow a separate pressing process, and the final packaging phase is also subject to extremely stringent regulations. Even the labelling is certified through special authorisation to guarantee the quality of the product itself.
