During the warmest months of the year, FAI (the National Trust for Italy) once again opens its properties until late in the evening with its Summer Evenings programme. Each year, the initiative invites thousands of visitors to discover the beauty of Italy by moonlight.
Summer in Italy – enjoyed slowly
Until early September 2025, more than 30 FAI properties across 14 regions from Piedmont to Sicily will welcome visitors with a rich calendar of events. Nearly 400 initiatives have been designed to offer unique experiences, bringing together art, nature, music, literature and good food.
Visitors can enjoy twilight walks, sunset picnics, candlelit dinners, concerts under the stars, open-air film screenings, cultural talks and stargazing. Each event offers a new way to experience FAI sites in a more intimate and immersive setting.
Delicius at FAI Summer Evenings
This year, Delicius has once again renewed its support for the programme, marking its fifth consecutive year alongside FAI’s mission to protect, promote and share Italy’s heritage, while promoting a more conscious approach to wellbeing and quality.
Delicius will also take part in selected Summer Evenings events, hosting a special aperitivo on 20 July at Villa Necchi Campiglio in Milan, and on 18 and 28 July at the Garden of Kolymbethra in the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento. These are two iconic locations for evenings that bring together flavour and beauty, where visitors will be able to enjoy our high-quality oily fish in a memorable setting.
The Fuori Cantina food and wine event will also return to the Garden of Kolymbethra, offering a journey through the flavours and aromas of Sicily. Delicius will also be present, sharing a moment of flavour and conviviality with visitors.
Delicius is proud to be part of this network, which promotes Italian culture and beauty through authentic and accessible experiences.
